Refund Policy


You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. Please, include the order number, purchaser name, contact name and reason for return. Mail out your item to 68 Taintons Rd, Woombye, QLD, within 14 days from the arrival date.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your purchase for a refund up to 48 hs after you have placed the order.
